A ‘biohacker’ who went so far as to use his own son’s blood to’reverse’ his age has revealed some intriguing details about his ‘average day’.

Bryan Johnson, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, was born 47 years ago, but via a series of severe lifestyle adjustments, treatments, and therapies, he has been able to ‘hack’ aging.

Johnson claims that his objective has helped him attain the ‘heart of a 37-year-old’ and the ‘lung capacity of an 18-year-old’ – but it’s not as simple as drinking more water and getting enough sleep.

The biohacker is upfront about the surgeries he’s gone through to reverse his age, such as having his DNA ‘edited’, injecting himself with stem cells, and swapping blood with his kid, and he recently gave another perspective when he blogged about his ‘normal day’.

It appears that reversing your age is a full-time profession – albeit not a glamorous one.

Johnson revealed a litany of accomplishments on Twitter on Monday (October 14), beginning with filling two glass vials with his own sperm.

See, I told you it was not glamorous.

Johnson went on to make additional unusual revelations about his day, revealing that after filling the glass vials with his sperm, he applied the mixture to a dried blood spot card.

Things only got more graphic when Johnson reported filling ‘five tubes with [his] stool’.

His list included the following: “Did a cheek swab; pricked my fingers 10 times; started blood glucose monitoring; removed all my plasma & replaced w Albumin.”

While it may sound like a nightmare day at the hospital to some, Johnson concluded his message by emphasizing that it was simply a ‘normal day’.

Johnson works with a team of medics who monitor his body, but he is essentially a ‘human guinea pig’ for many of the radical treatments.

He elaborated on having his plasma’removed’ in a subsequent post, adding that the goal was to’remove toxins from [his] body’.

Johnson continued, “The operator, who has been conducting TPE (total plasma exchange) for nine years, claimed my plasma is the purest he has ever seen. By far. He couldn’t get past it.

“When we were done, he couldn’t bring himself to toss it away. He was thinking about all the good it could accomplish in the world.”

To supplement the more intrusive aspects of his age-reversal endeavor, Johnson maintains a precise daily regimen at home, which involves measuring his body fat and heart rate, taking several medications and vitamins, and adhering to a strict diet.
