MrBeast has spoken out in response to serious grooming charges against his longtime co-host Ava Kris Tyson, and he promises supporters that he is looking into the problem.

The Internet celebrity published his statement on Wednesday, following Ava’s announcement that she was leaving the uber-popular YouTube channel due to the controversy. MrBeast said that he will no longer be working with AKT and has appointed a third party to investigate the allegations.

As MB put it, there was enough evidence to remove Ava from his staff, but he’ll wait until the inquiry is completed before deciding whether to take any more action.
