Delonte West has reemerged following his most recent arrest, and the video of him strolling through a parking lot in Virginia is heartbreaking. He appears to be completely strung out.

On Thursday at approximately 7 p.m., TMZ Sports acquired video footage of the former Boston Celtics guard wandering around Alexandria, trembling and placing his palm on his head.

We have been informed that West, who was depicted in the video wearing a red cap, slides, basketball shorts, and a t-shirt, is a frequent visitor to the region. However, it is not particularly a great part of town.

Although West is recognized to frequent that specific parking lot, witnesses assert that he is typically more engaging and amicable than he was this week.

The 40-year-old was arrested last week for violating conditions of release and resisting arrest, as we previously reported. According to law enforcement, he experienced a medical emergency during a foot pursuit.

Narcan was administered, and he was transported to a nearby hospital.

West has been publicly embattled since his NBA career concluded following the 2011-12 season. In 2020, Mark Cuban assisted him in enrolling in rehabilitation.

He appeared to regain his footing, even attempting to audition for the Big 3 in 2022. However, it is evident that he has encountered financial difficulties once again.
