Jennifer Hudson has partnered with HGTV for a week of home renovation and lifestyle programming beginning February 19.

The programming event is a clever form of cross-promotion: Warner Bros. Television Group produces and distributes daytime talker Jennifer Hudson, while Warner Bros. Discovery owns lifestyle cable network HGTV.

Erin and Ben Napier of Home Town, Page Turner of Rock the Block, Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt of 100 Day Dream Home, and Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson of Married to Real Estate are among the HGTV stars scheduled to participate this week. In addition, Cole and Chelsea DeBoer from Down Home Fab; Dave and Jenny Marrs from Fixer To Fabulous and Fixer To Fabulous: Italiano; Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott from Celebrity IOU; and Lil Jon from Lil Jon Wants To Do What? will appear. Non-HGTV guests this week include will.i.am, Brandy Clark, actress Sanaa Lathan, and country artist Kane Brown.

Jennifer Hudson has been renewed for a third season by both Fox Television Stations and Hearst-owned stations. According to Warner Bros., the show had a season-high household rating of 0.6 and 918,000 homes in the week ending January 26. According to Warner Bros., the show is also up 14% from the previous year among young adults aged 18 to 34.

That week’s visitors were Common, who announced his love involvement with Hudson, Paris Hilton, and Snoop Dogg.

Jennifer Hudson is produced by JHUD Productions and Warner Bros. Unscripted Television, in partnership with Telepictures, and distributed nationally by Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution. Hudson, a rare Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony (EGOT) winner, is also an executive producer, alongside Mary Connelly, Andy Lassner, Corey Palent, Graehme Morphy, and Walter Williams III.
