A+E Networks said that it has ordered 278 new episodes of series featuring the TV chef and other talent, and that it has bought a 50% stake in Rachael Ray’s Free Food Studios.

The new series will air on A&E, FYI, and other platforms as a part of A+E’s Home.Made.Nation lifestyle programming block.

The shows will be distributed worldwide by A+E Networks.

There was no disclosure of A+E’s investment’s financial specifics. After her syndicated show ended, Ray founded Free Food Studios.

“I’ve just completed composing more than 80 pages of recipes and production notes for my innovative new collaboration with A+E Networks,” Ray declared. “I can’t wait to start this new chapter in my life. Watchers may anticipate seeing me in the kitchen in both of my residences—in Tuscany, Italy, and upstate New York—as well as developing new programs that will showcase an incredible array of distinctive and varied culinary skills. Stay tuned as we continue to work on this alliance, which has been in the works for some time.

Meals in Minutes and Rachael Ray’s Tuscany are the first programs to air as part of the agreement.

Executive producers Sean Lee, Anthony Amoia, Brian Flanagan, and Rachael Ray will oversee all projects produced by Free Food Studios.
