After three years of court fights, Kris Jenner’s former bodyguard has asked the judge to throw out his sexual harassment case against the momager.

Court papers seen by Page Six show that Marc McWilliams asked the judge to throw out his “entire action” against everyone, including Kourtney Kardashian, Armor Protection Services, and David Shield Security.

He wants the case to be thrown out “with prejudice,” which means he can’t bring it up again in court.

Singer said, “The security company stopped giving McWilliams work there after the guard was caught sleeping in his car on the job several times.”

“Importantly, McWilliams never complained to his boss about Kris until he made up this ridiculous claim a year later.” Even though Kourtney is named in the lawsuit, she is not accused of doing anything wrong and in fact did not do anything wrong.

Singer said that the mother-daughter pair would “immediately sue” McWilliams after winning the case in court. However, it is not clear if that is still the case since they have settled and changed lawyers.
