Usher has been announced as the headliner for the Super Bowl 2024 halftime show.

The ‘Yeah!’ singer will headline next year’s Super Bowl show, produced by Apple Music, which will take place in Las Vegas on February 11, 2024.

Fans can now await Usher, 44, singing his most memorable tunes at the Allegiant Stadium in Sin City in one of the year’s most anticipated music events.

“It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to cross a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list.” “I can’t wait to give the world a show unlike anything they’ve ever seen from me,” the ‘Burn’ singer said in a statement.

And it appears that it is not just the ‘OMG’ hitmaker who is delighted for the career-defining concert, but Seth Dudowsky, the NFL’s head of music, has also expressed his delight at the news.

“Usher is an icon whose music has left an indelible mark on the cultural landscape throughout his career, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him headline this year’s Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show,” he said in a statement.

“We look forward to working with Usher, Roc Nation and Apple Music to bring fans another Halftime Show for the history books.”

Even Jay-Z, the founder of Roc Nation, which is working on the performance, is excited to see Usher appear next year.

“Usher is the ultimate artist and showman,” he said. “He’s been charting his own unique course since his debut at the age of 15.”

“Beyond his flawless singing and exceptional choreography, Usher bares his soul.”

“His remarkable journey has propelled him to one of the world’s grandest stages,” the world-class musician continued. I’m excited to witness the magic.”

Next year will also be the second year that Apple Music will present the halftime show.

Apple’s Vice President of Apple Music, Apple TV+, Sports, and Beats, Oliver Schusser, said in a statement, “We are so proud of what we were able to accomplish together with the NFL and Roc Nation last year, and now with the insanely talented Usher set to take the stage, we’re looking forward to another incredible Halftime Show from one of the world’s all-time greatest performers.”
