Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is set to release his first solo album in nearly 17 years.

The I’ll Be Missing You singer announced the release of The Love Album: Off the Grid on Tuesday night with the release of a nearly four-minute teaser.

“What am I doing?” “With my success, where my life is, how stressful and treacherous this music industry is, why would I just come back in here and have to do something that I don’t have to do?” he stated in the promo. “My heart was broken. “I’m still wondering, ‘Am I gonna love again?'”

The trailer showed him dancing with his late longtime companion Kim Porter, spending time with his children, and retreating from the rest of the world on a private island to work on his new songs.

The preview also featured Justin Bieber, Swae Lee, Mary J. Blige, French Montana, Yung Miami, Babyface, Abel ‘the Weeknd’ Tesfaye, 21 Savage, Teyana Taylor, and DJ Khaled in the studio.

Along with the video, the 53-year-old posted on Instagram, “I present to you my new album.” Off The Grid: The Love Album September 15, 2023 R&B is alive!”

Diddy’s first solo album since 2006’s Press Play is out now.
