Oppenheimer is now able to break box office records just like Barbie. The movie, which was directed by Christopher Nolan, is now the highest-grossing World War II movie ever.
Nolan held the record before with his movie Dunkirk. At the moment, Oppenheimer has made $559 million around the world.
The book American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer by Kai Bird and Martin J. Sherwin was used to make Oppenheimer. Oppenheimer is played by Cillian Murphy, and Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey, Jr., and Florence Pugh are also in the movie.
