People say that you shouldn’t be afraid of the devil and that everything and everyone will die in the end, but one man is trying very hard to turn back the clock on aging.

Bryan Johnson is a 45-year-old tech developer who lives in California. Every day, he puts his body through a tight routine in an attempt to stop the aging process.

As part of his workout routine, the billionaire does what is said to be the equal of 20,000 sit-ups in half an hour. This is done under the watch of a team of 30 doctors.

He even has a special machine that helps him work out and lets him stick to a routine that would be impossible without it.

Johnson also thinks that his efforts are paying off, saying that he has the lungs of an 18-year-old and the heart of a 37-year-old.

The tech billionaire doesn’t just work out to try to stay young. He spends about $2 million a year trying to make his cells younger, too.

Every day, he goes to bed at 8:30 p.m. and eats all of his food for the day between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m., because he thinks it’s not a good idea to eat after that time.

Johnson also thinks that drinking 3oz of wine in the morning helps. However, he won’t have sex after bedtime and won’t let anyone else sleep in his bed.

A lot of pills and tablets are also a part of his daily diet. He told the Diary of a CEO podcast that he takes over 100 pills and tablets every day to help him “revolt against the culture of death.”

I hear you asking, “What are all those pills made of?”

Well, some of those pills are made of ashwagandha, turmeric, garlic, acarbose, and glucosamine sulphate. Together, these ingredients make up a mix of chemicals, hormones, and other things that are said to be the key to living longer.

He said on his TikTok account that he starts the day by taking 63 of them and then takes another 44 before he can eat.

In order to buy himself a few more years before the Grim Reaper comes for him, the billionaire exercises, has a strict daily routine, and eats only pills. He also goes through a number of medical treatments every month.

He said that some of the things he had done were “extreme and painful,” but his goal is to “reverse my measured biological age by 1.01 years for every year that passes.”

It turns out that trying to stop or even reverse the aging process takes “a lot of really hard work” and a lot of money.
