Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth have reached an agreement in their divorce.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast on Wednesday, the Big Little Lies star and her talent agent have signed a marital dissolution agreement, which will be approved by a judge.

After filing their divorce papers in Davidson County, Tennessee, the couple is expected to attend the county’s standard parenting course for separated couples with children.

Reese and Jim, on the other hand, have already submitted their “permanent parenting plan” for their 10-year-old son Tennessee.

Reese and Jim had also signed a prenuptial agreement that included “adequate and sufficient provisions” for their assets and debts.

The actor and booker were pronounced legally single by the state following the most recent filing.

Reese and Jim announced their separation in a joint Instagram post released days before their 12th wedding anniversary in March.

“We have made the difficult decision to divorce with great care and consideration,” they told fans. “We’ve had so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we’ve built together.”

Between 1999 and 2008, Reese was married to Ryan Phillippe, the father of her daughters Ava and Deacon.
