It’s no surprise that, in this day and age, there’s an AI version of South Park available. And, as you might expect, it’s not terrific.

Given how controversial and close to the line South Park is already, the AI version’s robot mind had a lot to work with when asked to create its own sequences from the long-running program.

The human mind behind the prompts has created a TikTok page dedicated to its output, and has amassed hundreds of followers who are no doubt just curious to see what type of train wreck it produces.

Really, one 20-second scene explains it everything.

The clip includes all of the show’s key characters, including Eric, Kyle, Stan, and a not-killed Kenny, as well as an appearance by Butters.

Things begin quite calmly, with the protagonists roaming around in the snow, with Eric saying, “Hey guys, whatcha doing?”

A couple of the other characters answer by saying they’re doing ‘nothing extraordinary,’ and if that was the end of it, it might easily be the beginning of a perfectly acceptable South Park episode.

However, things soon take a turn for the worse.

After a lengthy, muffled response from Kenny, the scene shifts to Butters, who responds to Eric’s query with a rather daring statement.

“I’m over here stroking my d*ck,” he confesses.

It’s not good, but it gets worse from there.

“I’ve got lotion on my dck and I’m stroking my sht,” Butters continues.

Eric’s response to this explanation is roughly in line with what I expect most viewers are thinking: “What the hell, Butters?”

Though it’s a shocking moment, South Park fans have recognized that it’s not all that different from what they’d expect from AI.

After seeing the video, one person said, “They finally made AI South Park and it’s just as f**ked as I expected,” while another laughed, “this is just a normal South Park episode.”

The… let’s say ‘interesting’ invention is the latest TV show to undergo the AI treatment, after an AI version of Family Guy was posted on Twitch and soon got banned because it broke the website’s ‘Community Guidelines and Terms of Service’.

I think it’s safe to say that TV writers are probably safe for the time being, given that AI hasn’t quite figured out how to walk the line yet, but it’s definitely one to keep an eye on!
