Last year, allegations circulated that Wendy Williams’ ex-husband, Kevin Hunter, was attempting to receive alimony payments in order to pay his mortgage, credit card bills, and other debts. Kevin’s house is now in foreclosure after Wendy stopped paying alimony, and it is up for auction.
Wendy Williams’ ex-husband Kevin Hunter is ready to sell the Florida property he shares with his new partner, RadarOnline.com has learnt, months after losing a legal battle over alimony payments owed to the talk show host.
Kevin has a pending sale on his 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3,425 sq. ft. pd in Parkland, Florida, according to real estate records.
Kevin paid $795k for the house in 2020. He first listed the house for $1.3 million in April. The property was under contract and awaiting final permission on June 29.
After his divorce from Wendy was finalized, Kevin and Sharina relocated from New Jersey to Florida.

Kevin made the choice to sell the apartment after losing a court battle earlier this year over his alimony payments from Wendy.
Kevin stated that his payments ceased coming in early 2022, despite the fact that they were due per their divorce deal.
