Kourtney Kardashian Gives A Behind-The-Scenes Look At The Party To Reveal Baby's Sex With Travis Barker

Baby Barker is being feted in grand style!

On her Instagram Story on Sunday, Kourtney Kardashian provided a behind-the-scenes look at the party she and husband Travis Barker threw to announce the gender of their baby.

Kardashian, 44, can be seen giving a tour of the celebrations and stating the bash was music tour-themed in one video uploaded — and set to Guns N’ Roses’ “Sweet Child O’ Mine.”

As visitors entered the party, they were met by a desk where they could pick up their “Baby Barker World Tour with Special Guest Kravis” tour cards. “Unrestricted Access.” There were also pink and blue wristbands with the words “Baby Barker World Tour 2023” printed on them, and attendees had to choose one based on what they assumed the couple was having.

A tour poster with the same style as the passes was also particularly designed for the day, and attendees were urged to make “Tour Memories” and “Take a photo & leave a note” with a range of disposable cameras.

One of the rooms was decorated with black heart balloons, and a table had trays of champagne, white candles, and a little drumkit. “Baby’s breath,” Kardashian captioned a photo of champagne coupes on trays next to vases of gypsophila.

Egg rolls, hot dogs, flatbread, heirloom corn, nachos, romaine salad, falafel, curly sweet potato fries, fruit, and cake pops were on the menu for their visitors. There were also cookies fashioned like music notes and microphones, as well as heart-shaped cookies with the words “Mom” frosted on top.

A cake with cream frosting and black hearts topped off the delicious treats, and Kardashian also tweeted a half-eaten picture of the cake that revealed the inside was blue to coincide with the announcement that she and Barker, 47, are expecting a boy.

The couple revealed the news with a drum roll reveal during the celebration and shared a video of the beautiful moment on Instagram on Saturday. Kardashian simply labeled the video “or.”

Kardashian is seen in the video wearing a long-sleeved baby blue bodysuit while sitting on her husband’s lap at his drum kit on a stage outside. “Is our pyro guy ready?” asks the Blink-182 drummer’s wife. “I’m not sure what’s going on, whatever you guys had planned,” Kardashian laughs.

“Let’s get the party started — we’re all excited!” yells a voice that sounds like Kardashian’s sister Khloé Kardashian.

While kissing his wife, Barker begins a drumroll, before striking the drum’s symbols just as a blast of blue streamers flies into the air above them.

Guests screamed with delight, with one exclaiming, “I knew it!” as Kardashian and Barker kissed and hugged.

The aftermath of the reveal is depicted in one of the photographs from the party that she uploaded on her Story on Sunday, with a solitary blue streamer sitting on top of the drums.

This will be Kardashian and Barker’s first child. With ex Scott Disick, she already had daughter Penelope, 10, and sons Reign, 8, and Mason, 13. Meanwhile, Barker and ex-wife Shanna Moakler have three children: son Landon, 19, daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24.

The Kardashians made the announcement earlier this month during a Blink-182 performance in Los Angeles, holding a handwritten placard that read, “Travis I’m Pregnant.”
