Bre Tiesi is shaking up the Selling Sunset cast and isn’t shy about revealing personal details that anger up the rest of The Oppenheim Group.

Some may recognize the latest real estate agent to join the hit Netflix reality series as one of the mothers who shares a child with Nick Cannon. Tiesi, 32, and Cannon, 42, welcomed son Legendary in July 2022, and the mother began filming season 6 of the show just weeks thereafter.

Tiesi’s personal life quickly becomes the talk of the luxury reality company, with returning agents spotted inquiring about the mechanics of her relationship with the Masked Singer presenter. In the eighth episode, co-star Amanza Smith asks Tiesi if it’s true that if you have ten children, you don’t have to pay child support.

“That’s true,” Tiesi says as the two sip cocktails on a lovely rooftop. “How it works is that after 10 years, the court can basically say he can’t afford to pay child support.” “Alternatively, because he is who he is, they could say, ‘We know you can afford X amount for each household.'”

“That explains a lot, I guess,” Amanza admits in an interview. “I’d keep going, too.”

Cannon has 12 children, including Legendary, and Tiesi is careful to remind her that she does not rely on Cannon to fund her own life — or the life of their child. “I take care of myself,” she says back. “All I have to do is ask if my son or we need something.” I know he’s a terrific father, and Nick isn’t my sugar daddy or the reason I’m where I am.”

“I definitely strive to be the best at everything, to the point where I drive myself insane, but I’ve worked my ass off to be where I’m at,” she says candidly. “I did everything myself, and of course, my son is an even greater motivator.” I’d like to give him everything I have. Not from my colleague.”

Tiesi’s parenting is scrutinized by the other agents throughout the season, particularly Chelsea Lazkani, who doubts how the two make it work. “My situation’s interesting,” Tiesi explains to the staff in the third episode of the season. “I’m not sure if I’d say I’m single; I’ve been in a — I don’t want to say open, but open relationship.”

Lazkani inquires whether Tiesi would consider it a “polyamorous relationship,” to which Tiesi responds, “I’m not sure about that.” I simply know that we had a baby and that we’re quite happy, therefore I’m very pleased in my relationship right now.”

In the following episode, Lazkani tells the agents about an off-screen incident in which Tiesi discovers Cannon is having a kid with another woman, remarking that “she was very surprised and very upset.” She goes on to say that she believes the Wild ‘N Out host is a “master manipulator” and that she does not believe all of his children are receiving the love and support they require.

“I find Nick Cannon and Bre’s relationship somewhat repulsive,” she admits. “I just think we’re fundamentally so different, and ultimately, the way I live my life as a Christian is very different to her, so I’m not sure if we’ll ever be super, super close friends.”

When Tiesi discovers that her coworker has been discussing her relationship behind her back, she has a furious argument over dinner in Palm Springs in the eighth episode. “You don’t need to agree with my situation; this is my situation,” she tells Lazkani. “I’m not going to let people talk about my family in this office.” I’m not.”

The mother quickly departs the dinner table and ends the night by telling fellow agent Heather Rae El Moussa that she has had enough of the subject. “I understand the entire world is preoccupied with my relationship, and you’re just another person, fine, but mind your f—-ing business,” she continues. “All I’m saying is please respect me.” Don’t bring up my company. We’re going to have an issue if you do.”

Tiesi is used to people commenting on her circumstances, and she recently defended Cannon when an Instagram commenter attempted to comment on his financial support.

One user commented on Tiesi’s post about Cannon surprising her with a Lamborghini for her 32nd birthday, saying, “Baby daddy always coming through.” Tiesi agreed, but another commentator added, “not with a night nurse though,” referring to a post by the new mom last fall about a sleepless night, to which readers thought Cannon wasn’t providing her with enough assistance.

Tiesi responded, “Y’all are so stupid.” “It started with me being a sarcastic bitch and saying,’since your telling me what I should do, then pay for it,’ which led to me not being able to afford a night nurse.” I chose to co-sleep and nurse. That was not something I desired. I was checking with someone who is advising me what I should do and what Nick should pay for.”

In addition to Legendary, the comedian has twins Monroe and Moroccan, both 12, with ex-wife Mariah Carey, with whom he was married from 2008 to 2016. With Brittany Bell, he has two children: sons Golden Sagon, 6, and Rise Messiah, 7 months, and daughter Powerful Queen, 2.

He also has twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, who will turn one next month, and a 6-month-old daughter, Beautiful Zeppelin, with Abby De La Rosa. Cannon and LaNisha Cole have an 8-month-old daughter, Onyx Ice Cole. He has two children with Alyssa Scott: son Zen, who died at the age of five months in December 2021 after being diagnosed with brain cancer, and daughter Halo Marie, who is five months.
