Three days after police said they had issued a warrant for his arrest, Bam Margera turned himself in to Pennsylvania State Police on Thursday morning.
The “Viva La Bam” alum, 43, turned himself in at the Avondale station, the precinct that was handling the initial inquiry, according to police spokesperson Myles Snyder.
Margera was thereafter “preliminarily arraigned” by Judge Albert Iacocca at a nearby district court, the communications director continues, and bail was imposed at $50,000 “unsecured.”
He had a lawyer with him when he was arraigned, according to The Morning Call, a local newspaper in Pennsylvania.

Margera was thereafter “preliminarily arraigned” by Judge Albert Iacocca at a nearby district court, the communications director continues, and bail was imposed at $50,000 “unsecured.”
According to court records obtained by Page Six, Margera is accused of six offenses, including simple assault, harassment, and four counts of making terroristic threats with the aim to intimidate another person.
After responding to a complaint of a disturbance near Pocopson Township on Sunday, Pennsylvania State Police opened an investigation.
The unknown person, who was later revealed by Page Six to be Jess Margera, had been involved in a “physical altercation” with Margera, according to the authorities.
Bam had, however, vanished into the woods by the time police got on the site and was, for a few days, unreachable.
On Wednesday, Jess used Twitter to publicly plead for attention over the state of his younger brother’s mental health.
The 44-year-old CKY drummer claimed that Bam was “unrecognizable” as a result of doing meth and experiencing a “meltdown” as a result.
The brother, who appeared worried, continued, “It’s really scary & heartbreaking.”
As he was “extremely worried” that Bam was on the run with his new girlfriend and her 8-year-old child, Jess also questioned his Twitter followers on if it was possible for authorities to “track” a person’s phone.

The former professional skateboarder’s representatives rebuffed many requests for comment.
Bam, who turned himself in on Thursday, issued a message on Instagram stating, “I just got out of the courthouse with my lawyers. Everything went perfectly, and my brother will soon be sued for defamation and expelled from Castle Bam since the untrue claims he makes are untrue.
“This occurred because I read his phone, which stated that he wanted me back in California and was trying to find a way to 302 me. F– him.”
Bam has struggled for years with major legal and mental health difficulties. Months after he had been in and out of treatment, he was detained for public intoxication in March.
The father of one revealed in 2019 that he had been given a manic bipolar disorder diagnosis.
