James Corden Teases BLACKPINK’s Carpool Karaoke Segment

BLACKPINK is traveling with James Corden for one of the talk show host’s final Carpool Karaoke episodes after their jaw-dropping headlining performance during Coachella’s first weekend.

In order to promote the forthcoming episode, Corden shared a video on Instagram in which he can be seen in the car pleading for “someone to help me get to work.” The lovely girl trio can then be seen grinning and stating in unison, “BLACKPINK in your area!” as he pans the camera to the passenger and back seats.

On Tuesday, April 18, Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé perform Carpool Karaoke on CBS’ The Late Late Show With James Corden. The segment will air in one of the 12 last episodes of the late-night program, which wraps up on April 27.

The international superstars made history on Saturday, April 15, when they were announced as Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival’s opening act. Rosé addressed the crowd throughout their performance, which included renditions of favorites like “Pink Venom,” “Lovesick Girls,” “DDU-DU DDU-DU,” and many more. “So… let me start off with, four years ago we were invited to perform here for you at Coachella at the Sahara tent and that made a mark in all of our hearts,” Rosé said. “I must say, this is a dream come true. We are all here because of you,” the speaker said.
