When Wendy Williams returns, it won’t be on a reality TV program.

Williams’ agent, Shawn Zanotti, tells a source that despite the fact that Williams was recently seen filming a mystery project in New York City, “it is definitely not a reality show.”

Wendy feels that some of her happiest days in life were spent working in the media, Zanotti told us on Friday. She has worked in the media since she was in her early 20s and wants to get back to it.

The clarification was made less than two months after the former daytime talk show host and a nearly 30-person video crew showed up at a restaurant.

“One of the’scenes’ was Wendy having dinner with a friend,” the person stated. With her outgoing nature, Wendy entered the dining area and waved to each guest as if they were extras in her movie.

Williams recently admitted to a photographer that she had “formerly retired” and was eager to restart her profession.

After a split with production company Debmar-Mercury, the TV guru, who has openly battled alcoholism, checked herself back into a treatment center in September 2022.

Williams is allegedly focusing “on her overall wellness” and prepared to return to work now that she has completed treatment.
