After Kiss called off a concert, Gene Simmons updated his followers on his health.
Upon learning that the band’s recent show in Brazil had to be postponed due to the bassist’s illness, reports surfaced that the Kiss bassist had taken to Twitter to provide a health update.
Hey everyone, I appreciate the well wishes. After the show, Gene tweeted, “I’m good. “I felt weak because of dehydration yesterday at Manaus Stadium in Brazil. After stopping for perhaps five minutes, I drank some water, and everything was fine after that.
The bassist told ticket holders for Kiss’ concert at Bogota Stadium the following day that he would “see you there” and insisted that “nothing serious” was happening.
Later, Gene tweeted a news report on the event at Manaus Stadium with the caption, “Ok, kids. Nothing major. I appreciate your warm words.

“Last night, we played Brazil at Amazon Jungle Stadium,” he continued. Temperature and humidity were really high.
“I was made to sit for a song because I was dehydrated. We concluded the show in 5 minutes after returning to the stage.
