A few hours after being reported missing, Drake Bell was located safely.
The Drake & Josh actor, actual name Jared Bell, was reported missing and deemed to be in danger on Thursday via a Facebook post by a Daytona Beach Police Department representative. Bell was last seen on Wednesday night.
However, a police officer updated the post later that day and reported Bell had been found.
At this point, they stated, “we can confirm that Mr. Bell is safe and that law enforcement officials are in contact.”
No more information was provided. The 36-year-old’s representatives have not yet responded to the news.
When Bell was arrested in June 2021 for allegedly sending a girl “inappropriate social media messages” in 2017, he was charged with attempted child endangerment and transmitting material detrimental to minors. He was given a sentence of two years of probation and 200 hours of community service after entering a guilty plea to both offenses.
Bell’s divorce from Janet Von Schmeling, the mother of his son Jeremy, was reportedly finalized in January.
