Miracle By Calvin Harris And Ellie Goulding Takes The Lead In The Race For The Number One Song

Ellie Goulding and Calvin Harris are now in the lead for the UK’s Official Number 1 song.

After waiting for weeks, Miracle is now in the lead to be at the top of the Official Singles Chart on Friday, beating out Miley Cyrus’s Flowers (2) and Ed Sheeran’s Eyes Closed (3), the year’s longest-running Number 1 song.

You decide which of these chart titans will win, with just under 2,000 chart units separating the Top 3 and three complete tracking days remaining before the outcome is determined.

If Miracle does manage to hang on this week, it will be Ellie’s 4th UK Number 1 overall and Calvin’s 11th (the Scottish DJ’s first in nearly half a decade, since Promises with Sam Smith in 2018).
