Owen Wilson had a lifetime ticket that allowed him access to all areas of any Rolling Stones concert, but it was revoked after just 24 hours when the self-described “bozo” strayed onto a restricted area of the stage during a performance.

When the 54-year-old actor decided to see what areas his AAA pass would let him access while watching the band perform in Argentina, he ended up on a section of the stage that Sir Mick Jagger, 79, the band’s frontman and a friend of his, was hurling towards during his performance of “Jumpin’ Jack Flash.”

He said, “I was kind of friendly with some of the band, and then my friend was really good friends with Mick Jagger,” on “The Late Late Show With James Corden.”

“These special laminates, which were kind of all access and suitable for lifelong use, were given to us.

I was sort of testing it out that evening at the performance by wandering around and saying things like, “I’m going to walk over here and see if anybody stops me. And I would never be stopped anywhere.

“I wound up exactly where I could see Mick Jagger on the stage, and then, all of a sudden, during the song “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” he bolts and comes running down.

He kind of came down and departed, and then someone came running over, [yelling,] ‘Get out of here!’ It turns out that where I was was kind of part of the stage a little bit, so I just sort of froze and tried to be inconspicuous. Move! You have no business being here, I replied, “I didn’t know! I’m apologetic so much.

I still think, “Well, gosh, that was kind of a gnarly experience,” as I go to bed that night.

The “Wedding Crashers” actor later learned that he was meant to wear dark clothing to the concert.

I was also wearing a white T-shirt and white pants, and if you’re at this section of the stage, you shouldn’t be there, so you should wear something that helps you blend in, like dark colors. So, yeah, I get it. He has to put on a performance.

He doesn’t require an annoying bozo to be walking around.

Owen’s AAA pass was ultimately only worn during the performance, and Mick’s security staff took it the next day.

The following morning, Mick’s security squad called and asked, “Do you have that laminate?” he continued. “Yes, I still have it,” she replied. “Okay, we’re coming over to get it.”

It was only with me for 24 hours.
