In response to Jimmy Kimmel’s jab at him and his 12 children during the late-night host’s Oscars monologue, Nick Cannon has shared his views.

The Masked Singer presenter didn’t take the criticism too seriously and called Kimmel his “man” in a quick interview with TMZ on Sunday night (March 12) in Beverly Hills.

When questioned about Kimmel’s quip, Cannon responded, “I heard about that. “I find it amusing. I made Wild N’ Out so I could laugh all day. Kimmel is my guy, for sure.

The interviewer then questioned Cannon about whether he wanted to have a “cap on how many kids,” to which Cannon responded in jest before closing the door of his Sprinter van.

When it came to James Cameron’s high-budget blockbuster Avatar: The Way of Water being a success at the box office, Jimmy Kimmel made Nick Cannon’s fertility into a punchline.

It is the most costly film ever produced. This film cost Disney $2 billion to produce. All of Nick Cannon’s children had to see Avatar four times just to break even, Kimmel joked, making light of his sizable family.

The twins he had with Mariah Carey in 2011 marked the start of the Wild N’ Out creator’s twelve, and over the next two years, he had another eight children with five different women. (Brittany Bell, Abby De La Rosa, Bre Tiesi, LaNisha Cole and Alyssa Scott).

Nick Cannon is putting the future of his last child count in God’s hands, so it doesn’t seem like he has any desire to cease having children.

God determines when we finish, but I think I’ve got my hands full, he told ET last month. And I’m very concentrated. I’m confined. But you never know when you’re 85. I could.

Everyone believes it to be time management. Energy control, he explained to ET. “[Because] the movement is much simpler once we are all in line. The timing becomes messed up if there are any low frequencies or conflicts there.

“The scheduling is the scheduling as long as we’re all on the same page and have the same goal, which is to be the best parents we can be.”

In December, Cannon and Alyssa Scott received their newest child. Halo Marie was born on December 14, and Scott shared a footage of her birth on Instagram.

The video shows Cannon waiting patiently in the delivery room for her to come. Shortly after she is placed in his arms, he exclaims, “It’s a girl!”
