Nelson Thomas is currently confronting his greatest “Challenge” to date.
The reality personality shared graphic images of his injuries on Instagram on Tuesday after suffering them in a fiery car accident in Austin, Texas, on March 5.
Thomas, 34, was pictured in the first image on the carousel laying in a hospital bed with his bloodied foot raised. He was wearing a bandage around one arm, had an IV in the other, and had an oxygen tube in his nostrils.
Close-up shots of his swollen, stitched-up thigh, ankle, and forearm were shown in the other brutal photos.
Words are inadequate to express Thomas’ gratitude for being living to his nearly 250,000 followers. “No matter who you are, God is truly great, and he has you in his hands.”
“Are You the One?” question Alum added that despite having “a long road to recovery,” he is “in high spirits and getting stronger.”
Thomas also took a minute to thank Minnesota Vikings player K.J. Osborn for recording a video of an Uber driver and two other people saving the MTV personality from a burning car while he was “on the scene” of the incident.

The group “risk[ed] their own lives to save” Thomas’s life, Thomas wrote in his caption.
Osborn, 25, commented on the article with the phrase “Locked In. I’m excited to see you back doing what you enjoy!
Thomas also got congratulations from his “Challenge” co-stars.
Cory Wharton said, “Love you buddy.
In his message, Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio wished Nelly a quick recovery.
“Bro, what the hell? I’m thinking of you, my sibling. Unbelievable. So f-king glad you’re still breathing,” Devin Walker continued.
