The highly anticipated eighth studio album from Grammy-nominated rapper, singer, composer, and record producer Logic, titled College Park, has been made available.
With songs like “Wake Up,” “Paradise II,” with Norah Jones, “Highlife,” featuring a video directed by actor and filmmaker Kevin Smith, and “Lightsabers,” which he performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week, Logic has teased this album.
College Park both represents Logic’s past path and a fresh start. The name of the album pays homage to the Maryland community where he spent a year sleeping on a couch in the basement of his friend Big Lenbo and rising early each morning to compose and record raps. As he describes a day in his life in 2011, Logic spins an autobiographical yarn in College Park that ends with his very first public performance in Washington, D.C.
