Due of his facial and neck tattoos, Post Malone was turned away from a rooftop bar in Perth, Australia over the weekend.

The rapper was refused entry to the rooftop bar at the QT Perth hotel over the weekend because his attire disregarded the rigorous dress code of the exclusive establishment, which forbids unpleasant tattoos on the face and neck.

Post explained the incident to The West Australian in an interview “I was refused entry due to my tattoos… I’ve never had anything quite like it.”

A representative for the five-star hotel expressed regret for turning away the Rockstar rapper, real name Austin Post.

“At QT, we strive to embrace everyone and recognize the individuality of each person. This is something that QT has long been acknowledged for “an announcement made to Daily Mail Australia says. “On Saturday night, however, our third-party security did not use the proper judgment, and we fully accept responsibility for this. We sincerely apologize to the impacted parties.”

The refusal did not ruin Post’s evening; he simply proceeded to the nearby 18 Knots rooftop bar in its place.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers’ six-date stadium tour, which ended on Sunday, featured the 27-year-old in Down Under as the opening act.

The rapper is well recognized for having numerous tattoos on his body. His face is covered in tattoos that say “keep away” and “always tired,” as well as barbed wire close to his hairline and a sword running down one cheek.
