Even after the most recent bombshell involving T.J. Holmes’ alleged extramarital affairs at the network dropped, T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach’s future at ABC is still up in the air.

A source has heard that the scandalous couple is still awaiting a ruling from the network regarding their employment status after it was claimed that Holmes allegedly shagged a junior ABC staffer.

An insider told us that as of Friday morning, “no decision” had been made about Holmes and Robach’s future as “GMA3” anchors.

“There hasn’t been much movement. Another insider remarked, “[ABC brass] doesn’t seem to [be] particularly adept in how they’re handling things.

The names of the co-hosts are still given at the start of the program, and a source told us that on Thursday, their pictures were still displayed on the walls of ABC.

However, their jobs as they currently know them may be over.

The pair are “very likely out” as the show’s hosts, according to a number of insiders, and the persistent claims that Holmes had an affair with a staff member do not help his cause.

2015 saw Holmes allegedly having sex in his office with a low-level producer who was 24 at the time. At the time, sources who were acquainted with the employee referred to her as “a young girl eager about her first job in the TV biz.”

One person claimed, “She was a good girl who probably developed a crush — looking for mentorship and he took advantage of that.

Holmes’ friends were shocked to hear about how careless he allegedly was while working because, in the words of one, “T.J. has always been meticulous about how he moves.”

The insider continued, “It was terrible that he may lose his job over Amy [and sleeping with the staff] because he worked really hard and it took him a long time to get to ‘GMA’.”

Holmes, however, might have been ready for the unexpected change. This week, a spy saw him in New York and reported to us that he seemed “completely normal and unconcerned.”

On the most recent accusations, he has not responded. Additionally, according to Page Six, Holmes allegedly had a three-year relationship with a different “GMA” producer.

The purported relationship between Holmes and Robach was made public at the end of November. Marilee Fiebig and Andrew Shue are no longer married to one another.

We claimed that the co-anchors were fired after ABC News president Kim Godwin allegedly complained to staff members on an internal call that the alleged affair had become an unwarranted “internal and external distraction.”
