Star Of "Super Sized Salon" Jamie Lopez Passed Away At Age 37

Jamie Lopez, a star of Super Sized Salon and the creator of Babydoll Beauty Couture, passed away at age 37.

According to a post on Lopez’s Instagram account on Monday, “On behalf of the Babydoll Beauty Couture team, we unfortunately announce, with tremendous grief, the passing of The Founder & Owner of Babydoll Beauty Couture, The Legendary Jamie Lopez.”

The note continued, “We beg, on behalf of the Babydoll family, that you give us time to process this enormous loss.” “Soon, additional information and plans will be made public. We are grateful for the time and space to mourn peacefully because we have experienced an exceptional loss. Please remember the Babydoll team and family in your thoughts and prayers. We want to express our gratitude to the @matadorcontent & @wetv staff for all of their unwavering support throughout this trying period.”

Although the cause of death has not yet been made public, TMZ said that Lopez had been hospitalized over the weekend because of cardiac problems.

The program followed Lopez, who formerly weighed 846 pounds, as she regained her ability to walk after losing 400 pounds and opened a beauty parlor that catered to clients of all shapes and sizes.
