According to court documents acquired by Page Six on Tuesday, Brad Pitt allegedly “choked” one of his children with Angelina Jolie and “grabbed” his then-wife by the head during their now-famous 2016 private jet journey.

In a countersuit, the “Maleficent” actress, 47, claims that the “Fight Club” actor, 58, “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her” and “choked one of the children and struck another in the face.”

The documents further state that “he once spilled beer on Jolie; at another, he splashed beer and red wine on the kids.”

According to the countersuit, Jolie allegedly attempted to step in at one point and “grabbed” her ex-husband from behind in an effort to stop him.

According to the docs, Pitt “threw himself backwards into the airplane’s seats to remove Jolie off his back, bruising Jolie’s back and elbow.”

“The kids ran in and fiercely sought to defend one another. Pitt choked one of the kids and hit another one in the face before it was all done. A few of the kids begged Pitt to stop. All of them were terrified. There were many sobs.

Pitt was being looked at by the FBI in September 2016 for potential child abuse related to the event.

Authorities did not pursue criminal accusations against the honorable actor, who declared his sobriety in September 2019.

A representative of the United States Attorney’s Office decided not to prosecute Pitt after speaking with the case agent, according to previously released records.

The documents said that “it was agreed upon by all parties that criminal charges in this instance would not be pursued owing to many circumstances.”

This is all for show, as a source close to the “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” star informed us in August, adding that “Angelina and her crew have been urgently trying to find something.” She already knew all of this knowledge five and a half years ago. Nothing new is presented here.

Jolie’s attorneys contend in the new countersuit that Pitt should have been charged with a federal felony for his actions on that particular day because the FBI agent who looked into the claims had “probable cause.”

Just a few days later, the “Tomb Raider” actor filed for divorce from Pitt over an alleged plane quarrel.

Six children—Madden, 21, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 16, Vivienne, 14, and Knox, 14—were born to the former couple after their August 2014 wedding.

Page Six’s requests for response from Jolie and Pitt’s representatives were not immediately fulfilled.

In response to a lawsuit Pitt had brought against Jolie over the sale of her share in their French château, the actress launched a countersuit on Tuesday.

In the prior petition, the “Moneyball” star asserted that neither party would sell its interest in Château Miraval and its successful vineyard without the consent of the other.

According to the records, this cross-complaint “asks the Court to confirm that no such ‘consent’ agreement exists.”

In the filing, Jolie also asserts that Pitt “demanded she sign a non-disclosure agreement that would have legally prevented her from commenting about Pitt’s physical and psychological abuse of her and their children outside of court.”

The filings claim that when Jolie refused to agree to such a clause, Pitt walked away from the contract, making any agreement about the château “invalid” as a result of Pitt’s attempt to condition the deal on Jolie’s “silence.”
