The Russo brothers stated in a news release that “The Gray Man has received nothing short of fantastic audience response.” “We are incredibly grateful for the fervor with which our movie has been received by viewers all across the world. We always wanted the Gray Man to be a part of a larger universe since it has so many incredible characters, so we are pleased that Netflix has announced a sequel with Ryan and a second script that we can’t wait to share.”
