Jack Harlow is having a great time being in the spotlight. The Kentucky native gained fame after his breakout single “WHAT’S POPPIN” in 2020. He recently found himself performing with Lil Wayne and Brandy at the 2022 BET Awards on Sunday night (June 26).
Brandy emerged from the mist to join the trio of performers as they sang along to the Billboard Hot 100 song “First Class.” Brandy’s smile revealed her happiness to be there as the audience cheered. It appears that her brother Ray J, who was exhibiting maniacal zeal in the audience, was also enjoying it.
Of course, the fact that Brandy and Jack Harlow had only recently reconnected on social media made the R&B superstar’s unexpected arrival all the more noteworthy. When Harlow admitted in a Hot 97 interview from May that he didn’t know Brandy and Ray J were related, he was immediately the target of online ridicule.

Fans of the 2022 BET Awards performance were ecstatic to see the great Brandy, who hugged Harlow as their performance came to a finish. People were constantly tweeting about Lil Wayne’s dreads or lack thereof at the same time.
