According to a breaking news report from TMZ, Diddy is pleading not guilty to all of the allegations brought against him.

Obviously, this should not surprise anyone. Earlier today, the multi-media figure and rapper was charged with “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution”. All of this has taken place in Manhattan, New York, and his arrest occurred late yesterday.

He has yet to be convicted, but the possible consequences are dire. As things stand, he faces a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison, with a statutory maximum of life. Of course, Diddy does not want anything to do with it, which is why he provided a $50,000,000 bail deal. It includes selling his $48,000,000 Miami property, as well as his mother’s home in the same city. Furthermore, he is willing to limit his trip to specific districts in Florida and New York.

TMZ also reports that prosecutors believe Diddy is too much of a loose cannon to be released on bond. At the time, the judge has yet to decide whether or not that is a real possibility. With that in mind, there’s a lot more to come. So be sure to stay tuned for breaking news.
