Jennifer Hudson, history’s youngest female EGOT recipient, celebrates the enchantment of the Christmas season with her Interscope Records debut, The Gift of Love, which was published today.

With her seamless range and melodious tone, the genre-defying singer revives seasonal staples such as “O Holy Night,” “Winter Wonderland,” and “Auld Lang Syne,” as well as originals that give the holidays new meaning.

Today, she will host a special edition of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” jam-packed with festive fun, to commemorate the album’s release. Next week, Hudson will appear on “SHERRI” and “CBS This Morning.”

Hudson has teamed up with Hallmark to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Countdown to Christmas programming event and Hallmark’s 2024 Joy to Your World holiday campaign, which debuted today. The ad will include “Let There Be Joy,” Hudson’s exclusive original song. Songs from The Gift of Love will also be included in forthcoming Hallmark holiday programs.

“Carol of the Bells,” performed by The Joy, a South African quintet noted for blending traditional Zulu music with contemporary a cappella, is included on The Gift of Love. Hudson also duets with fellow GRAMMY® Award winner Common on the original song “Almost Christmas” and, to fans’ pleasure, finally performs her exquisite rendition of “Hallelujah.” Ryan Tedder served as the album’s Executive Producer and produced numerous tunes. Hudson collaborated with producers David Foster, Greg Phillinganes, Kirk Franklin, James Poyser, Fede Vindver, Peer Åström, and co-writers Michael Pollack and J Kash.
