With his back end, Will Smith truly understands how to clear a space!

During the 1997 sci-fi thriller “Men in Black,” director Barry Sonnenfeld claimed that the actor was such a fart bag that the whole cast and crew left the set for three hours.

On Wednesday’s “Let’s Talk Off Camera” podcast with Kelly Ripa, Sonnenfeld revealed the startling information while promoting his new book, “Best Possible Place, Worst Possible Time.”

When Smith was filming a scene in Manhattan’s Midtown Tunnel with costar Tommy Lee Jones in a “hermetically sealed” automobile that changed into a hyper car, the director told Ripa that Smith let it go.

However, Sonnenfeld claimed that because Smith’s loot was leaking gas during the unpleasant photo shoot, it created a major issue.

Sonnenfeld claimed that the stink was so terrible that he and Jones had to hurry out of the tunnel by descending a ladder.

Sonnenfeld reported that the cast and crew had to leave the location for three hours because of the overwhelming stench.

Sonnenfeld said that Smith had apologized profusely and that Will was a kind person but a “farter,” adding, “It’s just how some people are.”
