Taylor Vaughn has been promoted to Vice President, Media at Universal Music Group’s Republic Records in New York.

Executive Vice President of Media and Artist Relations Joseph Carozza made the announcement today.

Vaughn works out of the Republic Records office in Los Angeles.

The executive “enacts 360-degree media and publicity campaigns” for artists such as Glass Animals, BoyWithUke, Conan Gray, James Bay, Lord Huron, BENEE, Stephen Sanchez, and Greta Van Fleet, according to the announcement about Vaughn’s promotion.

Vaughn has also collaborated with Pearl Jam, Eddie Vedder, John Mellencamp, and Jack Johnson.

Vaughn spent three years at Epic Records before joining the Republic Records team in 2014.

She is a mentor for She Is The Music and a member of the Republic Records Action Committee (R2AC).

Republic Records debuted in China in 2021, making it the record company’s first international label division to go global.
