Kanye West has returned to Instagram to share a design he’s been working on for what appears to be a new McDonald’s collaboration.

The rapper has collaborated on a burger box makeover with Muji industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa, which appears to be the first of multiple reimaginings for the worldwide fast-food giant. “Next week it’s the fries,” he teased on Instagram Stories hours before the post went up yesterday (May 23), beneath a photo of the revamp.

In March, Ye was banned from Instagram for 24 hours, with a Meta official alleging that the rapper’s recent remarks had broken hate speech, bullying, and harassment regulations.

According to TMZ, West was suspended after he tweeted an image of Trevor Noah’s Google search page, along with a commentary including racist insults, on the March 15 edition of The Daily Show, where Noah had commented on West’s treatment of ex-wife Kim Kardashian. Ye subsequently removed his whole Instagram grid after the post was deleted.

There’s no word on when the McDonald’s revamp will go live or whether it’ll be a one-time or limited-edition change. It’s also unclear whether Ye’s partnership with the fast-food business will extend beyond the burger box.

In other developments, West just released a new video for his tune ‘Life Of The Party,’ which was taken from the deluxe edition of his newest album ‘DONDA,’ in honor of Mother’s Day.

While the original album cut has André 3000, the new video does not include his verse and is substantially shorter in length. Ye’s childhood images are used in the video, with the rapper’s attire modified to look like pieces from his upcoming Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga collection. Take a look at it here.
