Charter Communications plans to extend its streaming capabilities in 2025, according to a new Bloomberg report.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The company, known by the brand name Spectrum, is the largest cable-TV provider in the United States, and according to the report, the telecommunications and media giant plans to launch a marketing campaign focusing on streaming bundles by promoting more than ten streaming platforms to help retain current subscribers and persuade new subscribers to sign up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Bloomberg story, the corporation explains why it is targeting a 2025 launch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Tom Montemagno, Charter’s senior vice president of programming, the business will wait until next year because it has to incorporate some of the applications into its system. Furthermore, everyone from phone providers to grocery shops is offering free streaming services for the back-to-school and Christmas season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Max and Discovery+ will also be available as part of the company’s new partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies like Spectrum and Comcast are losing a significant portion of their cable TV internet market share, which has decreased to 45% according to a recent poll of our readers. With the new streaming packages, cable TV providers want to entice consumers who are bored of paying for several streamers on top of their cable subscriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spectrum now costs roughly $120 per month for more than 150 channels, according to a Bloomberg article. Charter aims to add platforms from new Internet businesses to its list of main providers, which already include conventional media organizations.
