A leading attorney has claimed that prominent collaborators of Sean “Diddy” Combs will be identified in a fresh wave of accuser suits, and “the names will shock you,” which has some of America’s largest music executives reportedly in a panic.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bryan Freedman told Page Six, “A lot of people at the highest level, including artists, executives, managers, and others, are not sleeping well right now.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Those who have remained silent while deliberately permitting and\/or encouraging the behavior ought to be taken seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I speak for several individuals who have expressed worry about being falsely identified or implicated in this merely by a connection unconnected to any misconduct. They have a tenuous link to Combs, so they don’t want to get involved in any rumors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most well-known CEO in the music business, Sir Lucian Grainge, and Universal Music Group (UMG), have already refuted “offensively false” allegations made in a lawsuit filed back in May that they “aided and abetted” Combs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An insider in the music business told us, “People who worked with Diddy very closely, I’m sure they’re terrified and God knows what they were around.”<\/p>\n\n\n

Diddy’s longtime nemesis Suge Knight, a felon and former record executive who is currently serving a prison sentence for voluntary manslaughter, revealed to NewsNation last month that Holiday, a seasoned A&R man, had recruited young and underage girls for Diddy to sex traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was this guy’s responsibility to deliver sexually suggestive and young girls. For workers and other creatives,” Knight asserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holiday co-founded the Black Music Action Coalition and currently serves as president of Giant Records. Representatives for Holiday were not reachable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Everyone is aware of someone who attended a Diddy party.” A Hollywood legal insider continued, “There must be five thousand people who could have seen anything remotely bad that they worry they should have reported.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Freedman is advising anyone unjustly accused of being associated with Combs or his parties to obtain legal counsel rather than lose sleep over the possibility of their name being brought up in the case.<\/p>\n\n\n

The claims made in a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ legal team were so “offensively false,” according to the attorneys for Grainge (whose son Elliot is married to Sofia Richie) and UMG, that they intended to take the unusual step of seeking legal penalties from Jones’ lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, for naming them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a provision that is frequently utilized in criminal trials against drug cartels and mobsters. The case claimed that Grainge and UMG executives had run a broad conspiracy that violated this law. Additionally, it charged the different defendants with breaking federal statutes against sex trafficking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attorneys for UMG and Grainge harshly reacted to those accusations in March, stating that they were “entirely invented by Mr. Blackburn.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Blackburn’s sworn declaration, which was submitted to the court, he had reviewed UMG’s objections and had come to the conclusion that the claims and allegations made against the UMG defendants had a legal basis. He requested that they be dropped “with prejudice,” which means they can’t be reopened.<\/p>\n\n\n

A source has been informed that UMG’s lead attorney, Donald Zakarin, will return to court on October 16 to address a motion regarding sanctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The legal expert stated, “He had a number of top artists at his company and had a very significant and successful career.” He had distribution agreements with Universal and Sony, worked with MTV and several other labels, and frequently attended industry events, such as the Grammy Awards or charity galas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Do I think there’s even a slim chance that any label executive was at his house during any of these or the hotel’s purported activities? Perhaps, but I haven’t seen any proof for that. Although Combs would have restricted it to a small group of people he trusted and had a close relationship with, I’m sure that others were aware of what was happening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The government seems to be focused on getting to people who will turn over on Diddy, making sure they can make their case,” the music source continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
