With the launch of an initial slate of 10 new channels, DirecTV and A+E Networks have announced a partnership that will bring many of A+E’s biggest library properties to DirecTV streaming and satellite consumers.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These new additions instantly expand the extensive library of content that DirecTV subscribers have access to, including a selection of popular shows and programming from A&E, Lifetime, and The History Channel. All DirecTV subscribers can now access them through the Internet and DirecTV Stream. Additionally, satellite subscribers can use the DirecTV app to view any channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hearst and the Disney-ABC Television Group jointly own A+E Networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
