According to sources, Wendy Williams’ guardian has sold the Manhattan penthouse that was formerly regarded as her perfect dwelling. The transaction, which closed on May 10, occurred several years after Williams initially purchased the property. This is the most recent development in Williams’ ongoing legal and emotional problems since her diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and primary progressive aphasia. According to reports, Williams was pronounced “incapable,” which required a guardian to be involved in decisions regarding the sale of her home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The penthouse, which has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, was sold for $3.75 million, which is $822,000 less than the price paid in July 2021. This financial setback follows a reported lien on the property for unpaid taxes earlier this year. The amount paid was $568,451.57 between 2019 and 2021. Williams’ financial guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, has been in control of her affairs for the past two years, during which time the outstanding tax bills were allegedly ignored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
